P & L have just completed today(9/10/24) our bathroom makeover & we are absolutely delighted with the work done. This was to remove existing floor tiles , prepare for new ones & fit & grout replacements. Then to fit a toilet bowl plus seat. All done in budget and to the timescale promised. Having used this company in the past I hoped our interactions during a request for a quote would be equally cordial. Unfortunately however after me disapproving of a rather high quote for which I attempted to get full clarification on what would be provided, I was met with irate anger and accusations.
