Neil did a systematic and detailed check on all the electrics to not only find the fault and repair it, but went the extra mile to check the other lights to ensure that the problem wouldn't recurr. Took his advice and switched from halogens to led downlighters. Very pleased with the service, especially as it was a Sunday and didn't charge extra for weekend work.

He came to my place to collect the fridge and provided a friendly and honest quote. He also made a long test after the fix and he came back to deliver back the fridge 3 days later. I had few people coming to check the tiling job and he was the only one who came and explained in details what needs to be done, what things to avoid and suggestions of how to make things better. Total waste of £200 and my time. I advertised to have my EICR done, Sean came on the day as agreed. However he couldn’t issue certificate as there were some small fixes to be done. He couldn’t do it on a day and arranged to come back in a couple of days, to finish the job but never showed up. Then said again, he will be couple days later but never made it. Now he is not even replying. I already paid for certificate I didn’t get and after waiting for over a week I have to pay someone else to do it.
