I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Patrick kept me informed throughout the process so I understood what work was being done and the house was left incredibly clean after both days of work. He was also easy to contact which makes the process much smoother and was friendly and professional. I will be using Patrick again for any future work needed!

Would highly recommend. Fair price and Anthony was very reliable and helpful. Explained what parts we needed and what needed to be done to fix guttering after falling down. Very polite and courteous. You know how builders start a job and then mysteriously disappear for days on end without warning? And then leave the last few jobs unfinished while they go off and start something else? James doesn't do any of this. At all. He's a builder for the 21st century. He sends pics and updates via social media and sorts out problems when he's not around. He made a very nice job of our extension and I'd highly recommend him. John.

Gary Carter is working very hard on my garden which was in a badly overgrown condition. He has certainly made a difference and it is looking so much better. There is still some work to do and I am very happy with the work done so far.

Gareth removed our old flat garage roof and replaced with Firestone rubber (guaranteed) to a first class standard. He was very helpful and professional and advised us honestly on how best to solve our roofing problem. The job was completed within the estimated time and at the cost we were quoted and we are both extremely happy with the finished product. Gareth was very polite and friendly and we would highly recommend him. We will definitely be using him again.

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.
