Communication was great, we always felt informed while we were waiting for work to be scheduled (reliant on weather). The team turned up as planned, were always polite & friendly going above and beyond. The area was left clean & tidy each night. We were always shown the work done each day & explained the next steps to ensure we were satisfied.
