18 months after the works were completed, it is apparent that he has not used a suitable downpipe connection joint as it is leaking. Showing the work to a surveyor he said " Looks like they have tried to get away with using a cheap connection. They should have fitted a connection that goes into the pipe opposed to joining a UPVC into the side of it. Ideally it should be one section so there are no joints." I have emailed the builder but he has not attended site to correct this. I would not recommend him.

They replied quickly and commenced work 2 days after receiving quote. Turned up on time farther an son working together very polite. Whole job cost £900 for painting and some rendering of front and back of terraced house and there was a few bits of woodwork which was overlooked. It took them two days and it seemed to be rushed at end so hence the overlook of arch by front door.

He alone left brochures for my perusal, giving me the largest choice possible for both paving & fencing. He provided quotations as & when required, was punctual & extremely hard-working along with his colleague Tam. The work took 2 days longer than expected though the cost remained as estimated. Big gaps in flooring now. His colleague left kitchen skirting uneven and broken. Avoiding calls to repair even after repeated contacts. Will not recommend because he failed to deliver quality finish.

A fantastic job done by Ricky and Chris. They transformed the dining room into a lovely big kitchen installing units, appliances and flooring and changed the old kitchen into utility room. All work was done to a high standard. I would definitely recommend using them.

Gary was actually the only tradesman who gave me a quote in the end but I am very happy with the job that he and his team did. He was pretty much always there at exactly the time he said he would come and the work was completed within the time stated. People who have come to the house have been very impressed with the new shower and loo so I would use Gary and rated people again .

Chris came to see the job and promised a quote. After three weeks, despite chasing up several times, no quote has been given. Very disappointed

Unfortunately Colin cannot be recommended for reliability at all. Despite fitting 2 French doors to our lounge, these did not operate satisfactorily, with the snib being poorly fitted and the doors not aligned correctly, despite his attempts to sort. The promised installation of a dining room door never materialised due to many "issues" on the part of Colin. A refund of the price paid for the door was requested, and I now have to employ another joiner to rectify the work done and paid for. Not recommended
Im a fully qualified joiner but i do most of other trades as well. I like to do your job myself which may take a little longer but for you, you only have one person in your house thats trustworthey and everything is done right and in the right order. Stops any “well he never told me to do that”. Hope to here from you.
