John capped, rendered and made good the lead work on our chimney, he also replaced badly worn roofing felt along the eaves with the addition of " Felt Support Trays" which help stop the new felt from rotting. His work was of a high standard as he takes pride in doing a good job. John and Bobby always left the job clean and tidy after each shift.
Had Presitge Construction lay paving for me in the back garden for a shed base and pathway leading back to the house. Matt done a superb job and seems a genuine guy. Very punctual and reliable, great communication and the job came in ahead of time and on budget, really pleased with the finished job! I'd highly recommend Alan and Kieron from ADK Building. They installed our bathroom to a very high standard from the plumbing through to tiling, installing underfloor heating and constructing custom made shelving to overcome a challenging job. Tom came to quote and gave a figure much higher than expected. I knew before the £500 was too low but to put £1000 seemed OTT. Discussed requirements and Tom researched the prices. Sliding doors were very expensive. We decided on hinged ones instead saving about £200. The final figure was above budget but I felt it was worth it to have the study I wanted. Tom came when said he would and worked hard to complete the project in the time quoted. I like the quality of result and am pleased with the workmanship.

Richard has done a good job painting our garden fences with preservative. One possible drawback is reviews of preservative chosen by Richard suggests it is of poor quality so may not last too long. Job took a long time from initial enquiry due to very wet and windy weather all winter, but I was kept informed of delays throughout. Happy to recommend Richard.

Steve was brilliant from start to finish, great communication and came and completed the work within 24 hrs of me listing the job. The tiles look brilliant and Steve helped us out by moving the shelf about to ensure tiles fit perfectly. Will definetly be using Steve again for tiling jobs and would definetly recommend him to anyone else.

We have an old cast iron bath and had the bath panels to fix to it. We didn't feel confident doing it ourselves as it was quite a tricky job. Lukasz took time to get the measurements and the cutting was perfect. Looks great. Also we asked him to fix the old original bathroom door which has never closed shut. He put new hinges and shaved it and now it shuts. He did some plastering too. It took a day and charged his day rate (£150) plus a little extra for the hinges, plaster and frame. Great job!
