Honest, genuine, very hard working. Importantly, highly trustworthy. Although a relatively new company they have good skill and detailed knowledge of plumbing tiling carpentry etc. We used Elm property services for a full bathroom renovation and a full cloakroom renovation. Ivor undertook the initial measuring and quotes, putting us at ease with his suggestions and solutions. Then when the job started he and his team arrived in good numbers and on time. They were efficient, hard working and polite throughout, including when we asked to change 1 or 2 things. We had 3 pieces of work completed in just over 1 week, with payment only on completion to our satisfaction.

I aim to please the customer with reasonable prices A* workmanship and a friendly attitude. Now changed the company name to DC designs and offer a full bespoke service.
