Quick to respond. Polite friendly and tidy whilst in the house. I woke the next morning to a wet carpet, full light bulb and stained ceiling. The communication was friendly both ways. Came back the following afternoon. He'd changed a tap and fitted new connectors but the olive was leaking as it was the old one???? Chased for payment b4 ceiling dry. Invoice date 12th due 11th???? £133 p hr shd have got a quote. My bad.

I have just joined rated people I Am an experienced carpet and vinyl and LVT fitter for over 25 + years, a proper apprenticeship at a family run business to their full time and only fitter at carpet studio in the high st Cheltenham. After 13 years there I moved on to the contract side going around the south west embarking on projects like co-op’s and Hollywood bowls, after a divorce and my teenage son getting older and I’m getting older I want to be more local, I look forward to trying to building a little business and meeting people from the rated people community

Ben managed a complex plumbing job for me, skillfully orchestrating multiple sub-contractors and ultimately delivering an excellent result that is beautiful to look at. Hired this tradesperson all went well for a short time - his team walked out on him and he could not get the appropriate trades to complete various stages of the build - after complaining about the constant delays he stated he would not come back and is now in breech of his contract- due to his inability to obtain the relevant tradespeople his plumbing “expertise” has now caused a leak underneath our newly fitted kitchen floor! Which we are having to pay to repair! Disgraceful!

The team first gave a competative quote for the work. A good start! They turned up on time, and then paid attention to my requirements before starting the job. They worked hard and efficiently together to get the job done. 7:30 AM to 18:00 without a break. The result was to professional standards. Would I recommend them? Yes, very much so! In fact I'm already planning to get them back to do another project for me. I think that statement really says it all.
