I'm new to Rated People but not new to Decorating! Period and commercial properies, modern homes, projects large and small, interior & exterior. I share a Workshop with a Carpenter friend which has proven handy through the years. He is my go-to for replacing rotten sills, repairing timber frames, boxing in, skirting, flooring, fitted furniture etc.

Frank and his sons have totally refurbished our house. We are looking forward to moving back into what feels like a new build house. Very pleased that the work was completed on schedule. We had on going discussions on budgets and costs and Frank was always willing to adapt as required. Local to me (NorthLondon) and came and did the job (clearing a drainpipe and the climbing plant that was blocking it) within a couple of hours of my posting. They also did an inspection of nearby eaves and roof and pointed out a couple of things that were slowly falling into disrepair. Whilst they offered to fix them, they did not put me under any pressure to have the extra work done as it was non-urgent.
