John and the team did an outstanding job. It was easy to work with John and he was very knowledgeable, and provided very sensible advice. Other people quoted work which was over-the-top or wouldn't have solved the problem but John got right to the issue in a no-nonsense way. P & L have just completed today(9/10/24) our bathroom makeover & we are absolutely delighted with the work done. This was to remove existing floor tiles , prepare for new ones & fit & grout replacements. Then to fit a toilet bowl plus seat. All done in budget and to the timescale promised. Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

Simply terrible! We asked for a new front door to be painted. Adam arrived without anything to protect the floor and without proper masking tape (paint has bled through everywhere he has placed it). After completing the first coat there was paint everywhere including our floor and walls and then refused to take responsibility. The actual paint job itself is very poor. We asked him not to return to finish the job. Hugely disappointing!
