Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder

Patrick has now contacted me re the still leaking roof explaining politely and apologetically the lack of contact was due to a family illness problem - and has refunded the cost of the failed part of therepair. My initial negative review was borne out of the frustration you might expect with rainwater literally running into the bedroom. His team had initially turned up very promptly and worked enthusiatically and rapidly, attending to the fascias, gutter and drainpipes to my satisfaction.

Very good just not able to do job when we needed. He was very keen to start before Christmas but we wanted to start in February.

I have recently joined rated people because I have had enough of the site work and feel its time to slow down and offer my experience to private work. Excellent work, after camera investigation I ended up needing to have the whole sewer and toilet pipe dug out, renewed and cemented. Gerwyn and the team were very friendly and hard working. Replaced piping, re-cemented area connected toilet and added a new man hole cover. Very professional, hard working, clean and tidy would definitely recommend.
