Came around and got measurements, went away and sent over quote for the job very quickly. Had another that was q touch cheaper however, from the conversation I had, believed that the job would be of a better quality through D&S and was glad with my decision. Initial work was completed quickly and efficiently. After 3 months the flooring was starting to lift and the edging was coming away. I contacted him to get this sorted. First time he said he had Covid and had to reschedule. The second time he didn't show and blamed me for it. The third time he didn't bother showing at all and didn't let me know.
