I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Sam did a really good job fitting the door, especially considering we have an old Victorian house where there isn't a straight wall or door opening in the whole house.

Small let down on the agreed start day to fit our doors, but this has been completely rebalanced and more by John Paul's reliability since and flexibility in working around and through many problems caused on our side due to damaged doors from the supplier, super-wonky existing door frames and a host of other unexpected glitches, all handled, within the original agreed price. There is still one more to fit when and if we get a replacement, but the ones he has done look great and fit excellently.
Marc is very easy to get on with, hardworking, reliable and trustworthy. I have given him my key and left him to it. My bathroom is almost finished and what a transformation. Would I recommend him- Yes 100%.
