I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. This year I have started doing sips extensions. These are structural integrated panels. These timber framed building can usually be done in just 4 weeks from start to finish. Had a bathroom fully done by them 3 years ago and still no issues great job.
The work didn't go ahead as there was some dispute on liability of the cost of the repairs between the buyer and the seller. I just got a quote from the trade person. Alistair is very reliable person and I will be very happy to contact him for any future electrical repairs. thanks

Simon came with sort notice to fix a plumbing issue unresolved by another plumber. He diagnosed the problem and came back to fix the part required. The price is very reasonable, he was on time, polite and is not on our phone contacts as our newreliable local plumber in Windermere. Jill

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5
