I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Ionut was prompt and fast . However would not snag minor items saying holes were not filled as needed silicone so he did not do them . asked him for a list for of materials and bought what he asked for …He never asked for silicone . now have to try and do it myself which defeats the object of employing a professional . He also was reluctant to work around furniture and quite unresponsive when asked to remedy things . Overall though a good job if he could address these minor issues he could be 5 *

Main task of laying wood was top class. Reasons for the mixed review: - As part of cost, was promised beading that would colour match the wood, but he turned up with different colour beading and it was left to me to varnish it - door needed to be trimmed because the wooden floor was at a raised height - was cut incorrectly. He promised to return and fix the door and lay a bridge to the carpeted hallway if I paid him in full which I did. Despite me following up, he never returned which I find dishonest.
