I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. James and Tris were excellent. They communicated well and Always arrived when they said they would. There were quite a few unforeseen snags to the conversion along the way and they dealt with those quickly and effectively. James made sure all was satisfactory before we signed off the project. I am very happy with the finished result. It looks great, I now have a lovely new bathroom downstairs. it was a pleasure to get to know James and Tris, they were good to be around and very respectful at all times.

Not really happy with the work done to be fair. Expensive door cut too short, another door not finished off correctly and damage made to my kitchen Lino by the door being carried in and dropped on its corner. Not noticed until Paul had left.

Andrew did a great job fitting the extra units, liaising with Howdens and getting everything ordered. He worked efficiently and was very helpful throughout. Washing machine was moved without hassle and he sorted out a shelf problem in a tall cupboard for me. Highly recommend and would definitely use again. Very satisfied customer.

The standard of tiling from Artur is extremely high, he is very conscientious, if not a perfectionist when it comes to tiling. I had metro tiling done in the bathroom and it looks amazing. His charges are very reasonable and he is a very friendly chap who makes every effort to keep the rest of the house clean while working. I am using Artur for another job in a few weeks and would highly recommend.

I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Phil was brilliant, very reliable and did an excellent job, he even cleaned up everything afterwards so you couldn't tell he had been except for the great new door and window he had replaced for me. I will use again( soon!) I would highly recommend Kraftworks to anybody who needs a joiner.

We had a log burning stove fitted. Nick was very helpful from the the beginning. He explained what needed to be done and gave us a very good price for the job. They came and worked through the day while we were at work and when we got home they had left the room very tidy and with only a small amount of dust to wipe away. The finishing result is exactly what we wanted. We would recommend Equity Homes to anyone who is wanting a new fire fitting.
