I can't rate Konrad high enough, he did more than I originally asked. He replaced the rotten decking, put some pario slabs down, replaced some fencing, even made a couple of flower boxes. Excellent plumber. Came out immediately around 9pm at night, stopped our living room flooding. The whole situation was a nightmare as the stopcock under the sink had seized aswell as the ballcock snapping from the tank in the loft. He then came back promptly the next morning when he said he would, with new parts and fixed the water tanks and stopcock, and was very reasonable with pricing. Will be keeping contact details for any future needs.
