Unreliable - I adapted my schedule for David, he cancelled 30mins prior to start time as drill broken. Rescheduled for the next day about 1pm. I had to msg him in order for him to cancel a second time couple hours after he was supposed to complete the job. He did not even contact me to let me know! I am really disappointed, but I refuse to waste another minute of my time on this person who could not care less, despite him offering to do the job for half the price.

AVOID ! At all cost, honestly getting flooring done is so expensive and this company came ruined my new purchase herringbone flooring by laying it completely wrong! They don’t know what they are doing and have no skill. They are messy dust everywhere my walls sofa cushions, curtains everything is a mess. I stopped them and told them not to come back after paying an initial £600 wish I never paid anything now going to open a dispute. Awful is me being nice avoid these people!

A friendly man named Darren visited and completed the job . Although the price was reduced from his original quote, for what the job was I still think it was a little overpriced. Nonetheless I was happy with the end result. I will complete the final section and paint the accompanying side door by painting it at a later date.

Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication.
