We specialise in sub-contracting to letting agents, carrying out general repairs to tenanted and vacant properties. We pride ourselves on being the only maintenance contractor's working in conjunction with 'Reeds Rains’ estate agency and other few agencies. Whether you require an urgent repair or have planned building works, OWL Property Maintenance and Solutions will provide you with a personalized service. Work will be carried out on time, to the agreed budget with all works carried out by qualified, skilled tradesmen who take pride in their work.
