Arranged to come out didn’t turn up I had to contact him again to see if he was coming then I get a reply saying he can’t get round to all his jobs shouldn’t have paid for the lead if you can’t turn up on time or a simple message to reschedule would have been the best thing to do

I really can not rate Mick highly enough. He contacted me within an hour of posting the job, came round the next day to check out my roof, sent me a very competitive quote and then just got on with it. He posted daily videos/photos of the work he was doing, contacted me every day to update me and answer any questions and was so friendly and professional.
