Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. Kinda hard sellish, which wasn't huge fun. Then didn't hear from them for ages. Then a surveyer turned up to check the place out. Hadn't been told what we had said to sales about diggers not having access. Didn't look properly or measure access points. Then didn't hear from them for ages. Then phoned on Saturday eve asking if they could start Monday. Then turned up with a digger they couldn't get in.

Dean (& Winston) arrived on time and set about the job as soon as 'they' arrived on site. Dean does take photos and videos to show what needs doing and the results of his labours. Thankfully, he also pointed out that one of my other chimneys was about to fall off the roof so he quickly made a repair while he was up there. Thanks to Mark and his team for a great job. The price was excellent as was the quality of the work. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.
