Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. Dean (& Winston) arrived on time and set about the job as soon as 'they' arrived on site. Dean does take photos and videos to show what needs doing and the results of his labours. Thankfully, he also pointed out that one of my other chimneys was about to fall off the roof so he quickly made a repair while he was up there.
