Cliff, he was efficient, reliable, well priced and an excellent tradesman. We called him in to repair a chimney breast and fix our garage which was leaking. We were delighted with the work on the chimney, he is a fantastic render and plasterer. cliff is now renovating our bathroom, plus our neighbours are also putting him to work. An added bonus is he is a good communicator so he was able to work with our two very different personalities with different ideas, Cliff took it all in his stride.

It was a pleasure to have him on site. Our repointing was a horrible job to do but he did it without complaint and we are delighted with the results. He was always cheerful and friendly even when working in the rain. He was as tidy as he could be with the type of work and cleaned up the site well before he left. Couldn't have asked for more. Specialised in brick & masonry restoration and damp proofing. - Damp assessment/surveys at £89 per survey with a full written report. - Lime rendering & plastering with horse hair. - Paint removal - Lime pointing. - Masonry repairs. - Paint removal using the Thermatech hot steam cleaning system. - Brick/stone feature walls. - lime wash - Breathable Painting. We often work with conservation officers from the authorities to ensure our works are of the highest standards.

Really good service . I knew exactly what the job entailed as I received it in writing. They also only wanted a deposit beforehand. Dave who came to do the work was very professional , worked really hard to clean my roof. He cleaned up afterwards including my neighbours grounds. He took pictures of areas I could not see. Really happy with the work and the roof looks fab .Would definitely recommend this company.

Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused
