sorry 17-30 you sad 12 so over 5 hrs late no phone call saying sorry i'm late using other cladding which is wrong funny it was used on other side so he managed .... you seamed to want to do things your way so as to get more money and then never turned up..... that you will say my fault last quote on your job £65 like you never turned up goodbye

This company has proved excellent in all respects. Simon the first caller, went above and beyond the view to correctly diagnose the source of our problems and thereby left the competition in the shade. Ray the surveyor was next in the scene, very competent and helpful. The icing on the cake were Stuart and James the fitters who did an excellent job and were a pleasure to have here. Full marks!

Roy was quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable about the construction of my property and the work that needed to be done. He also completed the job quickly and to a good standard. Would happily reccommend to others and use again.

Very good quality work with unbelievably cheaper price. Very good value for money. Any other work he was not an expert in, he knew other peoples and brought them who could do the job in the best manner. Overall, job very well done, thats why I am giving 5 stars.

Arrived early at every point! Were helpful and honest, I asked about things I thought needed replacing and they were honest that they didn't need doing! An honest, hardworking firm who provided good value for money. Quality of job was very pleasing and they cleaned up after themselves! Brilliant I can't be more positive. We haven't had a massive rainfall since so not 100% certain all is ok but as certain as can be. Very very pleased

J&m roofing ltd did a fantastic job on my roof. There was no messing around and no stress. They were very helpfull and very reliable , started the job when they said they were going to start and completed the job on time to my satisfaction. The whole team was well mannered and polite.I was kept well informed on the daily progress of the project. If you want building work done then GN Building Services are brilliant, not just excellent!. Before we said to go ahead he had introduced us to four former clients and showed us the work completed. He and his team are probably the hardest working tradesmen I have ever come across and talk about working to time and budget. I should really keep this review quiet as they are very much in demand and I need some more work doing - but I can not rate them highly enough.

Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

Mr Price was on time, polite & gave a reasonable quote for cleaning out the gutters. He then carried out the job there & then, I would use this company again.

Andy and his lads did a great job, in fact it looked better than I imagined it would be. I would not hesitate in recommending them and I will be using them again for some other work that we need doing.
