BMD completed the job a head of time and within budget. The trades men were all good they respected our home and always cleaned up after themselves. Could not say a bad word about them (even the singing brickies). I am so glad I got these alterations done I got the right builder for the job.

Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.

Finished off and fixed a patio where the original people had left the job unfinished, and added an additional section, that frankly looked way better than the existing work. They replied quickly and commenced work 2 days after receiving quote. Turned up on time farther an son working together very polite. Whole job cost £900 for painting and some rendering of front and back of terraced house and there was a few bits of woodwork which was overlooked. It took them two days and it seemed to be rushed at end so hence the overlook of arch by front door.

The plumber Completed my bathroom, there was a leak under the bath. I called the plumber and he said he would be here on Friday to fix it. After a week I am still waiting. Been calling and texting the guy everyday but no reply. Terrible service from them!

Alfred offered a proper, written quote which was good value. He and his team did the work a few days later. They did an excellent job and cleaned up well afterwards, I was aware my ridge tiles and gable end needed attention and the quote for those were good value and the work was done at the same day. There was no pressure on me to have the work done. My house is nearly 50 years old and nothing has been done to the roof in all that time. I highly recommend Alfred and his team.
