Back in June 2012, J Bryant fixed a flat roof leak I had in my house in Hornchurch. It is now Sep 2012 and there has been very heavy rain in that period with no leak in sight. I strongly recommend you use J Bryant if you have any leaks on flat roofs. I also plan to ask him to work on any roof issue (not just flat roof) when it arises. J Bryant is a Top tradesman.

Had garden re-modelling done by AL Driveways & Garden Design. All work was completed to a very high standard, no mess, no fuss. Claire & Al were super professional throughout, very accommodating/flexible in their approach (Claire went above and beyond to ensure items we'd ordered separately were delivered in line with the project timescales) and always putting in a full hard day's work - from 8 in the morning to 5 in the evening. Mike transformed our dark and dingy garage into a fabulous annexe to our home. The job was not easy but nothing seemed to faze him. He was more than willing to go the extra mile and was happy as long as we were too. Highly recommended and a really nice chap.
They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.
