John damaged the wall in few places while removing the existing coving and also damaged the newly installed corners. His boss advised that I could fill them in but no amount of filler or paint could hide the damage. Despite supplying all materials they still tried to charge me £16 for two tubes of caulk. No floor protection was used, mess left and damage to wood flooring. Extremely poor quality and lack of skill—avoid at all costs.

I hired AW Tree and Landscape Services to do a large hard landscaping job including rebuiling walls, rebuilding steps and a large area of paving and I'm completely satisfied with the work they have done. Was generally happy with the job, a few corners were missed and some debris was left under the lacquer, which I can't remove. For the price paid, £50 per sqm, I would have expected higher attention to detail. The job as well seemed rushed and manufacturer's instructions could have been followed better.

This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

Lee and his team did a great job on replacing our roof - scaffolding was up and everything renewed within a few days. Communication was good and we got updates about when the work was happening and when the team would be arriving. They worked almost without stopping each day even though it was freezing weather, left everything tidy and disposed of waste, and showed us pictures of progress and the completed roof. Really happy with their work and it's good to have peace of mind with a big job done.
