Found James through rated people to do a full kitchen refurbishment. This wasn’t the easiest project, when stripped out their were issues found. But James and other trades he brought in, that carried out the work were very professional and finished the work to a really high standard. The manager calls up saying you'll be paying when no contract was signed. If I get a cheaper quote I'll take it. If the person on the phone that I spoke to explained that they will be booking skips then I would off said I'll get back to them. But the manager was talking to me like he's some east London gangsta and if I don't do what he says he'll do me in. I had to block him as he was harassing me.
