James has fixed the immersion heater and loft board issue. I came across so many plumbers, but James is one of the best plumber, who communicates well and gives a commitment to the job. Also for landlord's who can rely on his work, as I had bad experience in the past with another plumber who hasn't done it well. But James is the best for his work and very reliable. Disgusting and need reporting, after looking more closely at the lean too I paid them to erect. Only half the fixing and screws and nails were used. It was rushed and unfinished. I've had to finishing the shingles on the roof myself and put in bolts where they just put screws. Then they have the audacity to charge me an extra £140 for materials they didn't use. Insisting they used tubes of resin, when I watched them from the kitchen I know they didn't use any such thing. Avoid and save your money..

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

He fixed two dripping taps and a slow-filling cistern. He was frank and honest about his inability to fix a third dripping tap without risking damage to some tiling. I decided not to take the risk.
