Had issues with Kris from the beginning. Agreed a quote of £600 for 30 squares. First day came down spent 3 hours and all that was lad was 6squares of underlay . Equipment didn’t work. second day did around 8 squares of laminate flooring was always out at the car. Third day he’d started at 8:30 but at around 10 he started talking about additional costs which he did not raise in the beginning. So I asked him to leave and paid him for work completed. Work ok but slow but would not trust as could cost you.

Neil is a great calm guy and when our pocket turned into more than he expected he continued to fit it with no issues. The cost was more than originally agreed however that was no problem as he was onsite longer than anticipated. I will speak to Neil again soon to fit some internal doors, architraves, and skirting.
