We are running as Property Maintenance and Solutions, based in Allerton Bywater, West Yorkshire, however we travel thorough Yorkshire and other location to do the maintenance and refurbishment jobs. We are able to carry out almost all types of maintenance work from minor day to day repairs, planned maintenance, to larger jobs including property renovations and refurbishment. We specialise in sub-contracting to letting agents, carrying out general repairs to tenanted and vacant properties. We pride ourselves on being the only maintenance contractor's working in conjunction with 'Reeds Rains’ estate agency and other few agencies. Whether you require an urgent repair or have planned building works, OWL Property Maintenance and Solutions will provide you with a personalized service. Work will be carried out on time, to the agreed budget with all works carried out by qualified, skilled tradesmen who take pride in their work. Robert and his son were excellent from start to finish.
