Ali was very quick to call & arrange a visit. This happened within the hour. The job was to fix the hole in the roof where 2 slates had slipped down into the gutter. We actually supplied the 2 ladders required but the 2 chaps sorted out the problem on this visit. They also secured a couple of other tiles as well & left the area clean & tidy. Truly awful experience. The garage conversion was ok (bar the space around the electrical back boxes being stuffed with newspaper) but the flat refurbishment was a disaster. It started ok but as the tasks became more complex, the quality of work declined. The kitchen needed 3 fits, the bathroom has had to be rebuilt, the wiring has dropped into the walls, the joinery is execrable and the radiators don’t work. The job also took 16 weeks rather than 8.
