Handyman, most aspects of work undertaken
Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

This person is totally unreliable, Supposed to have fixed the leak. The Next day when it rained the rain still poured into my conservatory. I have tried Seven times to contact him and NO REPLIES My emails are tracked and show he has opened everyone. So took my money and ran. Daniel had a difficult job trying to paint our ceilings white(4 off) because of the different existing colours but he kept coming back to recoat them until we were both happy. He is a grand lad, very cheerful and helpful.
Jason was absolutely first class from initial contact to completion of the job. A really genuine guy who worked out the most cost effective way to do the job. A very neat builder and completed the removal of my door and bricking up in the day. Once finished went above and beyond to ensure everything was neat and tidy. -10 Do not use a guy from Grimsby called Ryan. Felted small shed roof, very few roofing tacks used and was not sealed down. No removal of old felting only patched up. Blown off within TWO Weeks was a total Botched Up Job, quoted £500 then told needed another £200 after job done...Just taken advantage of an elderly man.
