Came to look. Quoted a price. Talked about timing to do job. Said he’d send an email quote via rated people. Nothing! No further comment. No contact. Not replied to my email asking what’s happening. Suggest avoid at all costs….

Luke did a brilliant job laying a small patio He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, reliable and as a bonus, left everywhere clean and tidy afterwards. His quote was competitive, too. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

I was very pleased with the service I received, from the first site visit to quote for the work to the job being completed. I was kept informed at every stage of the work and found them easy to talk too. I will be using them again in the New Year for another project. It was good to see quality workmanship is still out there.

Ricardo has come twice to work for me - he is efficient, tidy, thoughtful about problems, cleared up afterwards and was very pleasant to deal with. When he had to cancel/postpone/or was going to be late he gave notice and made clear re-arrangements. When an element of the work to be done became urgent Ricardo came promptly to help out.

The patio is good. The only reason why I haven't rated his work higher is because of the mess left behind. I was charged for a skip yet he didn't hire one hence the mess left behind. I found the mess hidden in my garden which was unacceptable. I had to clean the drive because of debris left from his van. Overall, his workmanship is good but work ethics, not so good.

These people came and gave us a quote very promptly. Jennie was very helpful and polite on the phone. Marco turned up at the agreed time and did a wonderful job. Because we had not supplied enough skirting board, we had an issue with a join under the window. Marco came the next day and not only finished the job, but also removed the joined pieces which he had already fixed and replaced with a complete piece at no extra cost. They said only to pay when 100% happy, and we were. Excellent service.

Excellent job, really friendly and helpful guy. Have already phoned Martin about a couple of other urgent jobs that have come up in the last few days - both toilet cisterns out of service, and he has come out and sorted them out today. Martin is now our go to man for any future jobs, whether it's to carry out the job or just for help and suggestions. Craig did an amazing job on my bathroom! He went out of his way to get everything done on time and was neat and extremely efficient. He charged me more than fairly for a such high standard of work and I couldn't be happier with the results.
