I hired Four Seasons to repoint the ridge tiles and fix the slipped tile. He spent 3 hours doing this and charged £450. He suggested that the roof needed to be cleaned. He spent 2 hours doing this and charged £350. Two days later I noticed that the slipped tile was still slipped. Four Seasons said it was a patch repair and he should have removed the tile. I did not receive a receipt as promised. I paid cash.

Marc replaced my rotting decking with a paved patio. He was very hardworking and very well organised. Delivery of a mini digger, delivery of materials, and removal.if the old decking all happened in a well coordinated manner. I am delighted with the end result.
Bloomin’ was founded in 2019, starting off as one business that has segmented into 2 sister company’s, garden maintenance & landscaping. The owner (myself - Michael) have worked in the industry for around about 3 years on a part time basis. I worked full-time as a engineer and done my gardening on nighttime’s and weekends when I had time to do so, whilst being a dad and a partner. After many moons and blood sweat and tears finally came the right time to set out and form into a business where I could offer my services to the public and other businesses. The business and myself fully believe In doing the very best job we can every time, no matter the situation. This approach, I believe has been a huge part in the success in formation of Bloomin’!! ‘Honest, Professional , responsible, quality service - everytime. The tradesmen made an amazing job of my mum's garden and I was really pleased with both the price and standard of work-men ship. The men worked extremely hard in clearing a garden that was more than 5 years overgrown. I would highly recommend to other interested parties.

The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.
We have over 15years in the building trade. From joiners, plumbing, electricians, painters/decorators, plasterers and landscapers we have it all. We take pride in our work and carry it out to a high standard! Our customer service team are always on hand to answer any questions. Call out charge applies after hours, bank holidays and Sundays.
We needed one of our empty properties system drained whilst it remains emptied, and it was completed the same day. Great job done and would highly recommend! We have other works to be completed in the future and we will most definitely be a returning customer.
I am really please with the qualiy of the work that Andy and his team put into the landscaping of my garden. They listened to what I wanted and offered some useful enhancements. They were always friendly and left things pretty tidy at the end of each day. The additional bits I wanted added to the cost but thats to be expected (it was itemised) and it did improve on the overall apperance of the job. Most days they arrived as schedulled. Overall I am very pleased with the work and would use them again.

Brendan and team did an excellent job! He also made sure we were happy at different stages of the garden makeover! We asked him to build a shed which was not part of the original remit and he did without hesitation.. Nothing was too much bother for Brendan and the boys! The boys were young but the most amazing grafters!! 10/10 Brendan!
