I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed. Replaced four fence support posts which were rotted at the bottom and struggling to keep the fence upright in the awful weather. Work was completed quickly and kept to the quoted amount, which included all materials and disposal of old posts. Also took the time to check that our neighbours were happy with the work as the fence is shared with them. Kept in regular contact through text before the work began, and explained what he was working on throughout the job.

Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.
