So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. I'm new to this site and I'm willing to put the effort in to get the jobs done right and honestly. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Optimise are incredible, they are so open and honest from the minute we made contact. Giving us lots for different options, with two young children they were very safety conscious, tidy, clean and respectful, turning the radio off whilst the baby slept, being kind and friendly to our 8 year old. The work is of such a high standard, we will be returning customers time and time again, my mum has already got the guys into quote for her. Lps offers services from plumbing a washing machine to New extensions. All our team are fully qualified and we pride ourselves on the customer service and quality delivered.
Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.
We have had nothing but excellant work from Ross Glover. From the quotation, he came out himself along with a plumber and electrician to give a true quotation. His work has been of excellant standard. His workers are very reliable and we are kept up to date at every stage of the build. Their knowledge and professionalism is fantastic and have given us good advice and resolve problems which have come to light. They have also been able to help save costs on the build aswell.
Noel made a new opening between our dining room and living room, fitted a new door and threshold and painted the lot. He was able to fit us in very quickly, turned up when he said he would, did a beautiful job and left the place clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the service offered.
