Nicole either cannot estimate or deliberately quotes low to get the job and then operative turns up and get part way through the job and tells you it’s going to cost more money because the job is more than described. This is despite adequate photos and descriptions being provided.

Excellent communication and work!Took the time to explain potential problems and solutions before taking the job. Spent a lot of time helping us decide on what we wanted, organised ordering everything and even offered to be there when they were delivered. Most impressively for me was he was able to organise the whole job via messages at unusual times due to me being a shift worker and even worked weekends to limit the interruption in my life! Probably the best tradesman I've ever used! HIGHLY RECOMMEND????

I had 3 jobs completed by Dan and his team: 1. Trimming 15 metres of Leylandii hedge 2. Removing a large patio, laying a sub base and membrane, with gravel overlay 3. Replacing stock fencing, installing privacy fencing and a picket fence All 3 jobs were expertly completed within the timescale, and to fair agreed costs, communication was excellent, all debris taken away, and the results are brilliant. Steven did a great job dismantling an old conservatory, even removing some extra wires & fittings. The site was left really tidy. He was polite & friendly as well as efficient and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend his company.
