Neil is a great calm guy and when our pocket turned into more than he expected he continued to fit it with no issues. The cost was more than originally agreed however that was no problem as he was onsite longer than anticipated. I will speak to Neil again soon to fit some internal doors, architraves, and skirting. I would have no issues recommending him

I call Phill and sons 3 days ago to fix a leak on my roof. I did have the valley fix by an other roofer but they did not do anything just to take my money. I was a bit suspicious but I was happily surprise when I call Phill who repond to my call very quicly. He is very friendly and most of all very professional. Harry and his team turned up when they said they would. Kept me informed as to how the job was progressing. All were very polite and courteous. They went out of their way to clean up after themselves. Very pleased with my new ceiling and spotlights and my outside sensor lights. Has given my property a fresh look. Expected at 9am, I said I had to go out before 10. They hadn’t turned up by 10.30 so I left home late for my next appointment. I phoned them and said they had lost the job through being unreliable, they didn’t accept this and kept trying to excuse themselves, pointless because I was no longer in and couldn’t explain what I wanted done.
