Nik team did a fantastic job with replastering water damaged walls and re-grouted my shower room. They even attached a new ceiling light fitting for me, complimentary as a new customer. I wouldn't? recommend this firm as they promise to give you a disc containing still and moving pictures of your drains but they don't appear to know how to operate their camera. Consequently I only received a disc containing corrupted files, and when they re-took images of my drains i did not receive a file at all. And when I queried if a section of the relined drains was properly sealed they failed to return to my house. I recommend anyone not to part with any money until completely satisfied.

Ricardo has come twice to work for me - he is efficient, tidy, thoughtful about problems, cleared up afterwards and was very pleasant to deal with. When he had to cancel/postpone/or was going to be late he gave notice and made clear re-arrangements. When an element of the work to be done became urgent Ricardo came promptly to help out.

I want to rate 0 but I don’t have that option because this tradesman doesn’t deserve one star. He left the job undone after we paid him thinking he will complete the job. We have called his phone every day and have gotten no response, he doesn’t reply his text messages. Quite frankly we are considering legal action against this tradesman. He had the keys to our home for one month and still did not complete the a job that would take him one week. Any advice on how to take legal action? 100% unprofessional
