I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. Communication was excellent – he kept me informed throughout, explained all the details clearly, and made sure I was happy at every stage. He supplied and fitted an interior bedroom door upstairs, including hinges, handle, and lock, and did so to a very high standard. The alignment and finish of the door were spot on, and everything works perfectly. All of this was done at a fair and reasonable price.
