Excellent service from start to finish, from the initial chat, kicking ideas back and forward of what I was trying to achieve, to starting the job within a few days, having regular discussions on progress and even when changes had been discussed between those doing the jobs! Reliable, friendly, and quality individual. The work was done within a few hours and it was completed to a high standard. We were given advice and guidance for upkeep and treatment. Price was very competitive and extremely reasonable. I'm so happy with the work, and I will most definitely use SC Flintwork again should I need more work done. I can highly recommend.

Good workmanship with high quality outcomes. Reliable start date with excellent communication with home owner and tenants in a rental property. Not cheap but made up of it with quick start date and quality of work.

This was one of those jobs that had various problems from the start. Having said that SMS did put them all right without complaint. The quote given for the clearing of the site AND the complete redesign was excellent. The original deadline was missed by a long way primarily due to misjudging the anomalies of the site (eg the underlying concrete was a lot thicker than anticipated). SMS were slow in clearing the site after the work was done - it took almost three weeks before the last of the rubble and debris were moved. Overall, I am pleased with the work done and the final result and would be prepared to use them again.

Andy worked really hard and efficiently to do an excellent job re-pointing our 200+ year-old windmill in lime mortar. We were really pleased with the work and expect to be asking him back for more jobs in the future.

I wouldn't? recommend this firm as they promise to give you a disc containing still and moving pictures of your drains but they don't appear to know how to operate their camera. Consequently I only received a disc containing corrupted files, and when they re-took images of my drains i did not receive a file at all. And when I queried if a section of the relined drains was properly sealed they failed to return to my house. I recommend anyone not to part with any money until completely satisfied.

Ricardo has come twice to work for me - he is efficient, tidy, thoughtful about problems, cleared up afterwards and was very pleasant to deal with. When he had to cancel/postpone/or was going to be late he gave notice and made clear re-arrangements. When an element of the work to be done became urgent Ricardo came promptly to help out.
