Reece was excellent with communication, turning up at the agreed time and date. Although the job was bigger than planned, the price remained the same. Despite the horrendously cold weather, the 3 lads kept going all day. Everything was tidied up on completion, along with the neighbours gardens. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional.
