After giving this company 5 star rating i have now changed it to a 1 , did as they advised waited a few days for cement to dry then hosed my wall and left to dry wall looks bad,rang Chris who assured me he would come out on tuesday,no show i rang him using 3 phones as he blanked my calls said hed come out today,no show blanked my messages ,use at your peril now have hire someone to rectify his bad work

They responded quickly. Did the job so far, so good. Time will tell if the patchwork of rendering stays in place and does the job. I have given them 5 stars on the chance that it does. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. I have been self employed for 7 1/2years now, I really enjoy the freedom it gives me to take on a wide variety of projects and the responsibility that comes with creating what customers want. Initially the completed work looked fantastic. But the following year when the pointing between the flags started chipping away, we obtained a few quotes from other gardeners to repoint, and all of them told me how the this gardener had cut corners. The pointing should have been deeper, and the cement under the flags should have been spread all over. You can see the dark spots under the flags now showing where the cement had just been used in the centre of the flags.
