BMD completed the job a head of time and within budget. The trades men were all good they respected our home and always cleaned up after themselves. Could not say a bad word about them (even the singing brickies). I am so glad I got these alterations done I got the right builder for the job.

Paul was busy for the first few days I wanted him but managed go fit me in on a Saturday morning. He fitted the replacement gas hob quite quickly, but was very helpful with advice about a potential new gas boiler choice which I subsequently proved with online reviews estabishing his veracity and quality service as the agent.

Absolutley fantastic company, reliable, friendly, helpful, good workmanship have had to call them for other little things that have needed fixed in the house and they have had no hesitation but to come the same day/night and fix it. Mr Macenzie's quote was in the same region as the other quotes. Unfortunately he left the work to his apprentice. The work when complete seamed ok though untidy. Unfortunately the boiler lost pressure, the pipes banged, the condensate pipe fell off the boiler and the radiators stopped heating evenly. He never turned up for appointments to fix. Then he did not return calls/ texts & email not active I have had to get another engineer to fix system costing more. Would discourage anyone from employing this man

Stay away from this company. The refurbishment work was an absolute disaster. Henry left the flat unfinished and in a dangerous state (electricity not properly installed). Nothing was done correctly: tiling uneven, bathroom no waterproof and very poorly finished, no kitchen unit we straight just to mention a few things. We are starting legal procédure as the builders blocked our phone and don’t answer anymore. Stay away from them

The fact he didn't get back to me despite texting me to tell me he could do the job was very poor service. Even had he said he was too busy etc that would have been fine - very disappointing!
