I always have some trepidation when contacting somebody to look at a faulty boiler, especially while being new to the area. What a relief to find an honest capable tradesman. Would not hesitate to use again. One negative however is that he must need a new watch because he arrived twenty minutes early!!

Very friendly and efficent service. Tom texted me 15 minutes before my appointment to advise he was on his way. Tom arrived on time and immediately went to work to fix the broken taps in my bathroom and Kitchen. Eventhough this was a small job Tom spent time ensuring that everything was correct and in working order before he left.
