Ussman came around to service our boiler and diagnose a problem we were experiencing. I can honestly say that he is an absolute professional. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted.
