We recently had a leak in our downstairs toilet and needed a tap repaired. We called Clever Heating and they were able to arrange a suitable day and time for the repairs. Ben was exceedingly speedy in contacting me on a Thursday afternoon & had diagnosed my faulty boiler shortly after arriving. He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. Ben demonstrated professionalism & knowledge. Will use again although hopefully not too soon!

I have 10 plus years of experience working on gas central heating systems. Performing maintenance on existing systems via servicing, carrying out CP12’s for landlords, diagnosing intermittent faults and repairing total breakdowns. I take pride in my work and strive to maintain high standards of work. I am of the opinion that most boilers can be maintained and repaired and rarely look to replace existing systems.
After paying the agreed £220, the boiler failed completely after three months. George promised free fixes if issues arose, but after multiple calls and texts, he ignored me completely. Resetting didn’t help, leaving me without heating or hot water. I warned him I'd leave a review if he didn’t respond by 17/02/25. I am extremely dissatisfied with George and this bad job.
