Sunil turned up on time, reviewed the fault with the boiler and fixed it. Carried out a power flush, service, and reset the thermostat on the immersion heater. The heating is now running back to normal. Good, prompt and courteous service.

They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Charlie replaced nearly all the radiators in my house and disposed of existing rads. He also installed a new kitchen tap and a time clock for my boiler. He is a very hard worker and finished the job in 2 days. Was highly satisfied with his work, he even came back to adjust one of the rads and reset my time clock. Had other competitive quotes, but chose Charlie because he was very friendly and had a lot of patience when explaining things.

Rowan, rang me on Sunday and I replied back and within few minutes he rang back to discuss the job. Took some details & in 1/2 hr qt was on watts up. I rang up and settled the price. I wanted the job done on Wed. After reshuffling his job Wed fixed. He came in time at 8.30 am and started straight away. He does not stop for breaks- on his own till 4.30 pm. There was a water pipe problem at an HMO that I own and water was leaking from under the sink. After calling a number of plumbers no one could attend for two days.
