Florin did a good job for my elderly mother in June. However, the pump that he installed stopped working 2 months ago and despite numerous calls, texts and emails, he has failed to respond. The pump is guaranteed and he has the paperwork so we are stuck. Very poor after care which has totally changed my initial view.

Reneco Tech carried out a full Electrical Condition Report (EICR) for our house prior to having existing, 30+ years old, fuse board replaced with a consumer unit. The guys were very diligent and professional in the work they did. I would have no hesitation in employing them to complete all the required remedial and upgrade works planned.

Douglas was a top chap. A very kind and patient man. Quick quote, arrived on time and totally helped us out after our plumber had let us down and left us without heat for several days. Heat Nest installed boiler, flue and filter in the day and made sure the entire system was bled so that we would have a nice warm house in time for the family that was arriving that evening.
